Rosie K is a PT specialising in pre-postnatal training.

The dumbbell presents the pregnant belly, and the cradling hands are those of a mum-to-be.

Rosie K is a motivated and dedicated coach who inspires her clients to stay active, access their bodies and consistently work out; therefore, the final product must be balanced well with gentleness and grit.

I love letterpress finishes and the feeling of touching textures, so I advised that we collaborate with a local printmaker for the business cards.
